21 members from the FN team went for an outing to Confident Cascade on Bannerghatta Road. This was just a half day event to discuss the Ops Plan for the next two months.
We all went by bikes to the venue and was welcomed with a drink and it was great to see “Fashion Networks: Lunch & High Tea” wriiten on their welcome board. We started off by having lunch. The lunch was good. The speciality was Gajar Ka Halwa.
After lunch, I conducted an Ice Breaker session and we played a few games like Dumb C, Antakshari, etc. Then the Ops plan was decided along with inputs from everybody.
After this, we all left for Paintball. Paintball is a an artificial real time war game. We were split into two teams. We wore safety masks and were ready. The arena had bunkers and the war began. It was fun shooting people and strategising the war plan.
Everybody was tired and then jumped into the pool. After rounds of swimming and a few beers, we set off home.
