The Kite Runner & Enid Blyton
I know I am late at this. Havent updated myself on books for years now. A PDF of the Kite Runner has been on my desktop for long now. I have read through 50 pages and the book is certainly enrapturing.
Work has been slow and I absolutely have no mood. Watched the entire ” Enid Blyton Story” on Youtube yesterday. I have always taken Enid Blyton to be a motherly figure. Atleast, Enid Blyton has been a part of my young life. But it was shocking to know about her personal life and her avoidance of her kids and so on. I have read every available Enid Blyton book in my childhood. Even at this age, if I get a hand on a Noddy book, I will start reading it before doing anything else!!!!!
