Mallus (Keralites) love Porottas. (When I say Porotto, it is the Malayali way of saying Paratha and this has become a standard) Its amazing to see a Porotta being made and every cook has his own distinctive style of waving and puffing the dough. Check out this video.

Warning - Porottas are considered very unhealthy as they are made of maida, but people just love it for the taste.
