Friday was my last day at Fashion Networks. I worked with FN for a year and it was great fun and learning too. Feels a little sad now after all the hard work.

I havent posted for 3 days here. Have been busy..Well, I did a podcast yesterday..Nothing original abt it, but just for the experiment. Its my second last day at work here.
I am taking the entire office for lunch today. Juan tells me that they will be around in Bangalore on the 18th. Will have to cut short my Kerala trip….

Monday Morning Blues and Happy News!!!!!
Yesterday was a great day. IT was kind of my first day at cooking class. Naval, Dipu and KT taught me how to make rice and sabji and dal. Played TT for some time and flexed my muscles..HaHa.
Evening time snack was Bhel also home made. It was a great day. Cheeki left for Hyd yesterday and we are planning to meetup at my house in Cochin in Sep.

I was out from work aspiring to have a great Saturday evening. It was all good and plesant in the beginning. A lot of college mates met at Andhra Spice near Kundanahalli for dinner. Met the likes of KK, Raghavendra Rao whom I met after 3 years. It was a lot of fun and we laughed our hearts out making fun of each other recollecting old times.

Satish Cheekala has come down for the weeked to Bangalore from Hyderabad and we are all having fun. Me, Dipu,KT,Cheeki and Jassi met for lunch yesterday at Aaranya. Had a great time joking and Satish tells me that there are beautiful girls in Microsoft Hyd. Thats cool and hes having a good time there.

Did watch ‘Tropic Thunder’. Was not too excited though. I have been given a few creative assignments and they sure are taking too much time….I also have to prepare my migration plan. Meanwhile everybody is so upset over the aircraft crash at Barajas. I have a lot of movies to finish, books to read, presentations to make, docs to fill and what not. Tough Tough Manu……

Its been lazy two days and sadly the long weekend is sending. Met Anoop yesterday and had lunch together at Roomali with a View at Marathalli and to tell you, it didnt taste special. But loved the Dal, Bati and Choorma, a Rajasthan speciality. Then met Dipu, KT and Jassi and spent some time at Lemon Grass.
Loved Usain Bolt and also our own Indian boxers.

VV Puram Roadside Eateries
Its a shame actually that in spite of having stayed in Bangalore for more than 3 years and being an Idli, Dosa aficionado, I ve never visited the roadside eateries near VB Bakery at VV Puram. Met Ulrike and Petra ( Ulrike’s Mom) on Monday. They are both on holiday in India.Had dinner at Barbecue Nation. I am still continuing to watch and edit old college videos. My Youtube Channel is proof……
